How are you?
These last few months, I've been reading a lot on the wheeler de witt equation, and how some scientists take the idea of timelessness very seriously. Then I was reading on imaginary time, and it's application to quantum cosmology, and how it rids us of a beginning of time.
I have a question. Since the wheeler de witt equation is permitted only for real-time events, can we use this to rid GR and quantum cosmology of a flow of time, and adopt to model the universe in imaginary time to rid us of a singularity and beginning of time?

Good question, but I doubt your solution will work. It does not solve the problem of time in quantum gravity to simply do that formal Wick rotation. The Bohmians do have a physical solution to this problem. Also if you look at my latest papers I have something to say about at least the Arrow of Time simply explained as a back-from-the-future hologram image. I love your top-bottom model. It reminds me strongly of wheeler's idea that signals come from the future to the past and shape the past.
