I am not sure if his "quantum eraser" Fig 2 eq 3 is a correct inference in orthodox quantum theory, i.e. disentangler.

His eq (2) is that photon (2) is in an impure mixed state with non-zero entropy using Fig 1 and that photon (2) is in a pure state with zero entropy in Fig 2. This may be his error. I suspect Stapp will say that in both cases photon 2 is in the impure mixed state without any coherent relative phase as in eq. (3).

Therefore U is not unitary.

Of course with such a non-unitary "quantum eraser" disentangler we have entanglement signaling here, but that violates QM so I suspect that's his error?
