The "American video"  is a hoax.  Once correspondent pointed out that the image of the dome and other portions of the picture show a rectangular grid effect as if videoing a LCD screen.  The same correspondent pointed out that there is no activity other than the UFO. Another correspondent has pointed out that the background is the same as in a Wiki photo

I checked this claim and found it true.  The fake video scenery never goes outside the bounds of the wiki picture, all the lights
are the same (but greatly overexposed in the fake), and even the window lighting in nearby buildings is the same.
For the "optical physicist" it is damning that the diffraction spikes surrounding the very bright "point" light sources are
also all the same ...   not a likely thing to happened in comparing photos taken by different people and (likely) with different cameras.
