Like UFOs: Myths, Conspiracies and Realities author John Alexander, retired U.S. Navy commander Will Miller enjoyed a distinguished military career that included working with the DoD’s nonlethal weapons program. Combat veteran, advisor to U.S. Space Command, cleared for Sensitive Compartmented Access, Miller shared another one of Alexander’s interests — UFOs. And he made numerous inquiries on the subject before his career ended in 1994.
