The witness was traveling along a rural Pennsylvania road when he first noticed the orange orbs moving across the night sky.
Witnesses who report thinking about UFOs just before a sighting event begins are becoming a common thread for those who report their encounter to the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database. The January 7, 2012, Case 34710 along a rural Pennsylvania road recounts the story of two related witnesses who began thinking of UFOs before anything unusual was seen.
"For some reason the thought of UFOs jumped into my head on my way home from the grocery store Jan 7, 2012, at about 9:45 p.m.," the reporting witness stated. "As I turned left onto my road in the distance I saw them."
The witness saw an "orange orb" that then broke apart into three pieces.
