A strange, new kind of UFO video was posted to YouTube in which a flashing blue orb briefly appears over a traffic intersection somewhere in Japan.
The video shows what looks like a dashboard camera mounted in a car as it films the vehicle pulling up to a red light at an undisclosed location somewhere in Japan, possibly late at night. The radio is on and playing some kind of talk show.
As the lights ahead begin to change, a flashing blue light suddenly flashes in the distant sky. Suddenly, a much bigger flash, of a blue orb, appears in the windshield for an instant before it moves back down a far street. The entire incident last only a few seconds.
