A strange UFO video uploaded to YouTube claims to be evidence of an initial attempt at alien reverse engineering and the prototype maker is asking for $30 million to finish the job.
The one minute video, set to moody music, shows a hovering, saucer-shaped disc taking off in a remote, industrial area.
As it gains speed and altitude it spins several times, giving the camera a good look at its hull and landing gear rolling up.
