Examiner.Com ran an article today by an author who claims Infowars has declared “war on alien invasion theories for London Olympics”. The author in question, Michael Salla (PhD), proposes that my recent article on alien invasion theories in effect comes down to a declaration of war on the field of, what Salla insists on calling “Exopolitics” (a description that rolls into one the concepts of extraterrestrials and geopolitics). This would be the first time that questioning the mainstream media’s efforts in blowing out of proportion the “alien factor” would equal a declaration of war. Salla proposes that investigating the more than average interest of the mainstream media for alien invasion theories inflicts “collateral damage on long standing research efforts to reveal an extensive international official cover-up of extraterrestrial life.” Salla:
“By launching a preemptive strike against the upcoming BBC conspiracy theory special, Maessen and Watson hope to debunk claims of an alien invasion theory during the Olympics. A sensible position to take given the paucity of information that such an event could really occur. Yet, they and Infowars.com are effectively inflicting collateral damage on long standing research efforts to reveal an extensive international official cover-up of extraterrestrial life, and how this influences geopolitics – a relatively new international disciplinary approach called “exopolitics”. In effect, Infowars.com has declared war on the field of exopolitics entering into alternative media discourse on false flag events, in an effort to debunk an improbable alien invasion theory of the London Olympics.”
