A YouTube user who goes by the name of ZXRwarrior posted a video online that reportedly shows a UFO taking off from the ground in Bolivia on July 7, 2012. The 20 second video appears to have been recorded through the glass of a closed window. At one point, it looks like there is water running down the windowpane. However, the footage is not clear enough to determine for certain whether it was raining at the time that the UFO video was recorded.
