A group of California witnesses in Hollywood are questioning why an object with more than 10 visible lights moving overhead on October 24, 2012, did not have flashing lights as required by FAA regulations, according to testimony from the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) witness reporting database.
During a pumpkin carving gathering, the group moved outside at 11:10 p.m. to smoke when the object was first seen.
"All saw it glide across the sky for a good 30 seconds maybe, from left to right," the reporting witness stated.
