1. The quantum information Bohm pilot wave is intrinsically mental in the way David Chalmers means it.

This is an Ansatz.

2. Physical reality is dualistic in the sense of David Bohm’s 1952 pilot wave theory.

The classical part of the Lagrangian are the material be-ables (aka “hidden variables”).

3. Orthodox quantum theory violates Einstein’s action-reaction organizing principle of general relativity.

The thought like mental pilot wave perturbs the classical motions of matter without any direct back-reaction of the matter on its mental pilot wave.

Indeed, the mental pilot wave acts randomly on its matter and it is not conscious because there is no back-reaction of matter on its mental quantum pilot wave.

4. For open complex entangled many-particle with H. Frohlich macro-quantum coherence pumped far from thermodynamic equilibrium the two-way action-reaction comes into play. We now have an adaptive self-organizing feedback control loop between matter and mind. This loop is conscious.
