Spacelike nonlocality is a misleading idea, it's really the Costa de Beauregard local retro-causal "zig-zag" that under some contingencies appears to be FTL

Precognition is not possible in Quantum Theory, neither are conscious qualia because of the no-signaling theorems, no-cloning et-al.

This is the key distinction that most physicists either do not understand or accept because they think quantum theory is complete and final and that the early Bohm picture is not necessary.
