US space agency astrophysicist Thomas Zurbachen told the US Congress the search for ETs is making “remarkable progress”.

Speaking to the US House of Representatives, he said a “growing number of NASA missions” are bringing scientists closer to finding “definitive signs of life”.

He said the latest NASA mission showed that a moon circling Saturn could potentially host aquatic alien life.

Hydrothermal reactions are taking place below the icy surface of the moon, named Enceladus, research found.
