I have many times said that Sutherland has supplied me with the mathematics necessary to precisely formulate the PQM action-reaction beyond QM that violates action-reaction (as given in Sutherland’s math). I never said that Sutherland has the physical interpretation in terms of matter-mind-consciousness that I first proposed in 1996 at Hameroff’s Tucson conference and that Michael Towler described accurately in 2010 in his Cambridge Bohm Lecture 8 slides 25 & 31 at the Cavendish.

Violation of action-reaction in QM is sufficient to ensure no entanglement signaling.
PQM action-reaction ensures locally decodable keyless entanglement signaling e.g. brain response and remote viewing (Puthoff & Targ).
PQM action-reaction is proportional to the Frohlich pump EM flux density above the critical “laser-like” threshold for macroscopic quantum coherence.
