A TV weather forecaster made this unusual recording, posted to YouTube, of what appear to be illuminated vehicles flying or floating in formation in the night sky over Tampa.
Are they drones? Lighted kites? Or something else?
The lights at first are difficult to make out in the video. They almost seem to be powered by wind and not an engine, though meteorologist Brooks Garner said they were moving with speed.
