On Friday evening, September 5, 2014, he was driving home along Allouez Avenue to the suburban village of Bellevue on the southeast side of Green Bay. Big trees on either side of Allouez Avenue block the sky until you reach the overpass over Highway 43 where you can see clearly 360 degrees of the sky.
