A Canadian man has captured the moment he believes he saw a UFO hovering 200 feet above the ocean while out on a camping trip.
The bizarre light was filmed on camera by Mr Sheppard, who was sleeping under the stars with his wife near Kensington, Prince Edward Island, Canada.
In the video, Mr Sheppard narrates what he sees: "It's flashing bright, on and off.
"It reminds me of a dreidel or a spin top. It's very big, very bottom heavy too.
"From my perspective, I'd say it's 200-300 feet above the ocean. There's no land in front of me.
