A black object can be seen with dark grey trails streaming behind it in the air above Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Mancheser.
As the recording plays through, the unusual flying craft continues to fly through the air, but doesn't appear to move in any direction, the Manchester Evening News reported.
It was uploaded to YouTube last month by Sophie Birch, who says she and her partner were so shocked by what they saw while driving down Lees Road in Ashton-under-Lyne, they had to pull the car over.
