This bizarre phenomenon appears to show a UFO floating in the sky with its lights turning off then on again.
The blinking object was spotted by a man who was patrolling the area in his work car when he saw the odd sight and started recording on his mobile phone.
As the footage shows, a light, stationary in the sky, can be seen blinking on and off.
At times a second light joins it, but starts to move away before disappearing.
In one section of the video, a second light comes on and can be seen moving vertically down towards the ground before vanishing from the sky.
