No matter which candidate is elected U.S. president in November, will he or she have full access to classified UFO and ET documents and will they be able to unveil them to the public? That question was addressed recently by Christopher Mellon, a 20-year high-level employee of the federal government in a variety of national security positions and a member of famous wealthy family that has long held the power and finances to gain access to such data.
