A report that emerged last week in the conspiracy theory blogosphere claims that a treaty between the government and an extraterrestrial species known as the Large Grey Aliens included an agreement that the Secret Shadow Government (SSG) — consisting of the global elite who control world affairs behind the scenes — must make full UFO and ET disclosure in 2016.
The Large Grey Aliens apparently insisted on including the 2016 full disclosure term in their treaty agreement with the SSG because they did not want to have to suffer indefinitely the inconveniences caused by the requirement imposed at the time of ratifying the treaty that their active presence on Earth would have to be covert.
The claim that the Large Gray Aliens are demanding full disclosure was first made by alien conspiracy theorist Dr. James Preston, in an article titled, “Secret Space War VIII: Alien Quantum Computing and the End of Secrecy?” published on the conspiracy theory website Veterans Today on August 12, 2012.
Preston claimed at the time that the treaty with the Large Grey Aliens required full disclosure by 2015. But a new report that emerged earlier this week claims that the full disclosure was meant to be achieved in 2016.
