I hope David Kaiser writes an article on this at some future time as follow-up to his "Hippies Who Saved Physics.".It was my idea of the duality between gravity geometry and quantum theory entanglement that caused Herbert Frohlich to invite me to Liverpool and Abdus Salam to Trieste in the early 1970’s. I am glad that Lenny has independently rediscoverd this in much more detail of course forty years later. Better late than never. ;)
