No government department, law enforcement agency or the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has yet claimed responsibility for the mysterious polyethylene balloon carrying a circuit board, microchips, batteries and other equipment, which landed on the agricultural land of President Asif Ali Zardari in district Tando Allahyar about 200km away from Karachi on Tuesday.
