Pulsating, the orb's colour changed from orange to red, hovering overhead somewhere above in the twilight transition between day and night, far brighter than any star.
For one pair of astonished onlookers who saw this strange spectacle while clearing up from a family barbecue, it was not the first time. And now the Hemsby couple are hoping others who have seen similar sights will step forward and help them try to piece together the mysteries of the sky.
