What he said might be new to many people today, but he revealed the information before his death in January 1995. His statements help give credence to reports that the U.S. military has flying vehicles that mimic alien craft.

This story has been making the rounds in Ufology for a number of years. I'd like to believe that Mr. Rich actually said the things claimed in the MUFON Journal article, but it would be nice to have some actual audio tapes, video, or at the very least, affidavits from the witnesses to this alleged "deathbed confession."
