On 12 May 2022 at 15:00 CEST, the European Southern Observatory (ESO) will host a press conference on groundbreaking new Milky Way results from the Event Horizon Telescope Collaboration (EHT). You can watch the press conference live on this page, or on ESO's YouTube channel.
The news conference will be streamed online from the ESO website along with simultaneous press conferences around the world in Washington, D. C., Santiago de Chile, Mexico City, Tokyo and Taipei. Reporters will be provided with “extensive supporting audiovisual material.”
