Meta’s chief artificial intelligence scientist has said that the world’s most valued chip designer NVIDIA is supplying the “weapons” for an all-out AI war.

The AI war Yann LeCun mentions is the rush to build general artificial intelligence (AGI) - artificial intelligence that possesses the ability to understand, learn, and apply knowledge across a wide range of tasks at a level comparable to or more than human intelligence.

Might this be sour grapes on the part of Meta?
