Lithuania’s RSI Europe has delivered its first batch of first-person view (FPV) quadcopter drones to Ukraine. Put on order in August, the new “Shpak” drone can carry payloads of up to 11 pounds (5 kg), including explosives that can be remotely detonated via an impact initiation device.

For best performance, however, the manufacturer recommends a maximum payload of 4.4 pounds (2 kg). The drone is around 10 inches (25 cm) long, weighs around 4.4 pounds (2 kg), and incorporates electronic warfare technology, making it resistant to anti-drone technologies.

You can bet that Lithuania isn't the one who has developed this technology.
