Back From The Future Entanglement Radar?

this paper is controversial - I am just now starting to read it


This paper from Hungary if correct would be a real revolution and would conform to the Star Ship requirement clearly described by Jacques Vallee at the first organizational meeting in Sausalito of the DARPA-NASA project that I attended.

The paper is hard to read and understand completely on first reading and is likely to be wrong, but it is not obviously so and it is worth pondering over by the Pundits and so informed comments are welcome.
