Linda Moulton Howe: I first talked to Anonymous in 1998

Linda Moulton Howe confirmed via email Saturday that some 15 years ago she originally interviewed and published information about the alleged retired CIA employee making what was termed a deathbed testimony on video at the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. “I'm the one who first talked to 'Anonymous' in 1998,” she informed 'Orlando Paranormal Examiner'.

“Jump to 2013 and the organizing of the Citizen Hearing,” Ms. Moulton Howe continued, “[and Anonymous] is in his last days and asked his son-in-law to help him make a statement on the record before he dies from severe diabetes.” A person known to the family was with Richard Dolan at the time, Moulton Howe added, and that was how the 2013 taped interview came to be.
