The latest sighting of the "shell-shaped UFO" was in the night skies of Siberia.
In video uploaded to YouTube, the light is seen jerking quickly along.
However, the person behind the camera claims they stayed perfectly still.
Petr Mironov, 22, who filmed it, described the UFO as a "kind of flame" after recording the footage in Cherlak.
