Steven Barone, who runs the YouTube channel UFOS in the USA, says he filmed the strange activity, which he sees regularly, despite there being several fireworks going off in the run up to Independence Day.
The alleged UFOs were filmed in Henderson, Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 2 this year.
The Nevada desert is where the infamous Area 51 top-secret military base is located.
The USA government only admitted its existence in 2013, and alien conspiracy theorists claim it is where the authorities secretly store recovered crashed flying saucers, alien bodies, and test flight their technology.
In a promotional blurb for a YouTube video of the latest sighting, Mr Barone said: "I shot this video from my backyard in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas, Nevada on the night of July 2."
He said there were lots of fireworks going off, but it did not stop "the usual UFOs turning up".
