A group of former military personnel held a press conference in Washington D.C. Monday to claim that unidentified flying objects were not only real, they repeatedly flew over military bases and were thought to be tampering with nuclear weaponry tests.
The startling claims made by the group of retired officers and enlisted men at the National Press Club in Washington D.C. Monday afternoon were discounted soon after by a top military adviser at UC Berkeley. But all of the incidents were described by men who clearly believed what they saw.
Several of the sightings described at the conference were at nuclear weapons facilities such as Minuteman missile silos in Montana. Witnesses said there were multiple missile failures that occurred while an unusual object hovered above.
