Barack Obama has said aliens are real – but insisted that none are kept at the top-secret Area 51 military base in the United States.
In a podcast interview, the former president became the first US leader to affirm his belief in the existence of extraterrestrial life.
When asked: “Are aliens real?” Mr Obama replied: “They’re real, but I haven’t seen them – and they’re not being kept in [Area 51]. There’s no underground facility, unless there’s this enormous conspiracy and they hid it from the president of the US.”
